Friends are not stalkers

Going to uninstall. See whom among my friends list is looking at my profile is not useful. I want to see those who are NOT friends- like an ex, or his crazy new gf. I’ve tested with people not on my list and they do not appear, after many more visits than someone on my list. The description of the app lead me to believe I would see anyone who visited my profile. I have found that not to be the case, therefore it is a fail for my purposes.
